زيقة — المذاق الأصيل
Generations of craft, the finest Halal ingredients, and the warmth of Arabic hospitality — gathered at one table.
Zaiqah was born from a single belief — that Arabic food, prepared with honesty and love, is among the world's greatest cuisines. Our founders arrived in London in 2000 carrying recipes, spices and an unshakeable conviction.
Twenty-six years on, our za'atar is still stone-ground, our bread still hand-baked before every service, and every guest still leaves having felt something they did not expect: that a meal can feel like a homecoming.
Whole shoulder slow-roasted over saffron rice, almonds, and caramelised onions — a dish built for celebration.
Hummus, moutabal, kibbeh, fattoush, stuffed vine leaves and warm khubz — the full story in a single spread.
Kafta, shish tawook, lamb kofta and seekh kebab, grilled over charcoal and served with garlic sauce and rice.
Stone-ground chickpeas, aged tahini, lemon and garlic — topped with slow-braised spiced lamb and pine nuts.
Saudi-style long-grain rice fragrant with cardamom, rose water and dried limes, crowned with tender chicken.
Pistachio, walnut and cashew baklava, each layered in hand-rolled filo and soaked in orange blossom syrup.
"Food is not just fuel. It is history, culture and the language of love — served warm."
